Moulay Idriss

We have the opportunity to stay with a Moroccan family in this hilltop village and share a home cooked meal. They have a rather large home that allows them to have guest quarters and we spend a fantastic evening with them and have breakfast as well before we set out the next day to see some nearby Roman ruins.

They serve us a beautiful meal and we get a lesson from the wife on how to make couscous the traditional way( which is not the instant kind we have in the states).
